Introducing Age Strong Apparel!

I’m really excited to introduce Age Strong Apparel — a new collection of T-shirts from The Honest Channel created around a message I care passionately about: we can all take positive steps to age stronger.

Over the past few years, and particularly through our Rebuilding Mum & Dad series, I’ve become increasingly fascinated by just how much influence we can have over the way we age.

One of the biggest lessons has been the importance of maintaining strong, healthy muscles and bones as we grow older. Strength isn’t simply about how much weight you can lift.

It helps us remain mobile, capable and independent — and keep doing the things we love for longer.

So I wanted to create a collection that celebrates that.

Age Strong Apparel features logos including AGE STRONG and UNDER RECONSTRUCTION — because, as my parents and I have discovered, you are never too old to start rebuilding!

They’re intended to be fun, wearable conversation starters, but there’s a serious message behind them too.

Every time someone wears one, I hope it helps spread the word that becoming weaker and frailer isn’t something we should accept as an inevitable part of getting older.

The collection also provides another way to support The Honest Channel.

We put a huge amount of work into creating and publishing free content exploring how to age well — talking to experts, examining the evidence and sharing inspiring real-life stories that demonstrate what’s possible.
